Velvet (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides an AI-powered sales coaching and enablement platform. Our goal is to help sales teams improve conversations and results.

2. Using Velvet

  • You agree to use Velvet only for lawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free and paid plans are available.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your subscription.
  • Prices may change, but we’ll notify you in advance.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Data & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and handle data according to our [Privacy Policy].
  • You retain ownership of your customer data.
  • By using Velvet, you give us permission to process your data to provide the service.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, and design of Velvet remain our property.
  • You may not use our brand, logo, or materials without written permission.

6. Availability & Liability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Velvet is provided “as is” without warranties.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (like lost revenue).
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains until the end of the billing cycle.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium (or adjust to your jurisdiction). Disputes will be handled in the courts of Gent.
