Velvet – Privacy Policy

  • Usage Data: interactions with the platform, call summaries, and performance metrics.
  • Call Recordings (Client Data): audio and/or video recordings captured through the Velvet platform on behalf of our clients during their sales calls. These recordings are stored securely and remain the property of the client. Velvet only processes these recordings to provide platform functionality (e.g. summaries, coaching, insights) and to improve our AI models in anonymized and aggregated form.
  • Technical Data: browser type, IP address, device information.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve our services.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Offer support and communicate with you.
  • Train and improve our AI models using anonymized and aggregated data.

3. Data Ownership

  • You remain the owner of your customer and call data.
  • We never sell your personal data to third parties.
  • We may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our platform.

  • Service providers (e.g. payment processors, hosting, analytics) who help us run Velvet.
